After making your booking with Hosts, please confirm by forwarding
within five working days, a deposit of one night's accommodation cost by
enclosing either a cheque (made out to Rita Butt) or a money order
addressed and posted to Rita Butt,
Please ensure that deposit reaches your Hosts within five working days after booking.
Balance of payment is due to reach Hosts at least seven days prior to your arrival date
so that appropriate arrangements on your behalf can be made.
